Terms of Service

MySiteGPT Assistant lets you train an AI assistant on your own website content and embed a chat widget on sites you control. The service includes the dashboard, the training pipeline, the chat API, and the embeddable widget.

The service is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves, and we may adjust plan limits with reasonable notice.

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

You own the content you train your bots on — pages you crawl, text you paste, files you upload, and Q&A pairs you add (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, embed, and serve that content solely to operate the service for you: generating embeddings, answering chat questions, and displaying it in your dashboard and widget.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• you have the rights to the content you train on,
• your use of the widget on a given site is authorized, and
• your bot's configuration and content comply with applicable law.

Bot answers are generated by a large language model grounded in your trained content. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Answers are provided as-is, without warranty, and are not professional (legal, medical, financial, or other) advice. You are responsible for reviewing how your bot represents your business and for any decisions made based on its answers.

You agree not to use the service to:

• train bots on content you have no right to use, or scrape sites that prohibit it,
• distribute malware, spam, or deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal content,
• harass, defame, or violate the privacy or rights of others,
• probe, overload, or disrupt the service or circumvent its limits, or
• resell the service or misrepresent who operates it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The free plan has usage limits described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Dodo Payments, on a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Message, page, and bot limits reset or apply as described on the pricing page. We don't store your card details — payment information is handled entirely by the payment processor.

Conversations with your widget — and, if you enable lead capture, visitor names and email addresses — are collected on your behalf and made available in your dashboard. You are the controller of that data: you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for honoring your visitors' privacy rights. See our Privacy Policy for how we process it.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particularly during the beta. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — if we make material changes we'll post the updated terms here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $50 if you use the free plan).

You can stop using the service and delete your bots at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. On termination, your Customer Content and account data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
